A simple but delicious twist on a glassic G&T. This cocktail is a sweet infusion with Red Bush tea (or Rooibus tea), perfectly in season passionfruit & a quality tonic. Transform your 5pm gin!
YOU WILL NEED:
- The flesh of ½ a passionfruit
 - 45ml of gin infused with 1 Rooibos (Red Bush) teabag
 - 100ml Quality tonic water
 - Ice
 
TO MAKE:
- Squeeze the flesh of the passionfruit into a glass.
 - Infuse 45ml gin with 1 Rooibos teabag. Add infused gin to the glass.
 - Fill glass with ice and top with 100ml tonic water.
 - Garnish and serve
 - Enjoy!
