Aged in ex bourbon and ex Spanish sherry oak casks, Arboralis delivers notes of creamy toffee and ripe pears, finishing with a long, satisfying hint of delicate spice.

Matured in the finest Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks for at least 12 years before being uniquely married in oak tuns for up to nine months to develop exceptional harmony and complexity of flavour. In the glass, a distinctive fresh and fruity nose with a hint of pear followed by a palate of butterscotch, cream, malt and a subtle oak. The richly layered Glenfiddich 15YO single malt is matured in three types of oak cask: sherry, bourbon and new oak, before being married in thier unique, handcrafted Oregon pine Solera vat. Year on year, this Solera vat is never emptied but is always kept at least half full creating a deliciously harmonious and intense whisky which gets more complex and intriguing every year. Silky smooth, revealing layers of sherry oak, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger. Full-bodied and bursting with flavour. Serve neat, with a couple of drops of water (to bring out the flavours), or over ice.

In the first experiment of its kind, Malt Master Brian Kinsman collaborated with Seb Jones, an entrepreneurial Speyside brewer, to create a new craft IPA and pioneer the way for a new kind of single malt Scotch whisky. Brewed in bespoke craft IPA barrels, this single malt expression is imbued with unique zesty citrus notes of ripe green apple, William's pear and spring blossom. Complemented by the subtle tang of fresh hops followed by a long lasting sweetness.

Glenmorangie Original 12 Years Old is Glenmorangie's signature whisky reimagined, to make it more delicious than ever. Aged in three different types of wood, the award-winning Grant's Triple Wood Blended Scotch whisky has a smooth, rich and mellow taste. The three key ingredients, Scottish water, air and barley, are combined in American Oak, Virgin Oak and Bourbon Refill casks to lend the blended spirit its complex character. A fresh-faced, zesty whisky with a natural golden amber colour direct from the cask and as invigorating as the Orkney breeze. Fresh, clean and floral on the nose, with heathered honey and a touch of citrus. Sweet and spicy on the palate, with toasty notes of burnt orange, jasmine and fruitcake. A long finish with peppery spice, woody notes and orange zest, and the subtle, aromatic kick of smoke that you only get from Orkney heathered peat.
